他若求告我、我就應允他．他在急難中、我要與他同在．我要搭救他、使他尊貴。
雅比斯求告以色列的神說、甚願你賜福與我、擴張我的境界、常與我同在、保佑我不遭患難、不受艱苦．神就應允他所求的。 - 當夜神向所羅門顯現、對他說、你願我賜你甚麼、你可以求．所羅門對神說、你曾向我父大衛大施慈愛、使我接續他作王．求你賜我智慧聰明、我好在這民前出入．不然、誰能判斷這眾多的民呢。 - 神賜給所羅門極大的智慧聰明、和廣大的心、如同海沙不可測量。
亞撒呼求耶和華他的神、說、耶和華阿、惟有你能幫助軟弱的、勝過強盛的．耶和華我們的神阿、求你幫助我們．因為我們仰賴你、奉你的名來攻擊這大軍。耶和華阿、你是我們的神、不要容人勝過你。於是耶和華使古實人敗在亞撒和猶大人面前．古實人就逃跑了。
聽禱告的主阿、凡有血氣的、都要來就你。

Evening Scripture
He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain." And God granted his request. - That night God appeared to Solomon and said to him, "Ask for whatever you want me to give you."Solomon answered God, "You have shown great kindness to David my father and have made me king in his place.Give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may lead this people, for who is able to govern this great people of yours?" - God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore.
Then Asa called to the LORD his God and said, "LORD, there is no one like you to help the powerless against the mighty. Help us, O LORD our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this vast army. O LORD, you are our God; do not let man prevail against you."The LORD struck down the Cushites before Asa and Judah. The Cushites fled,
O you who hear prayer, to you all men will come.
