傍晚經文
傳道者說、虛空的虛空、虛空的虛空．凡事都是虛空。
我們經過的日子、都在你震怒之下．我們度盡的年歲、好像一聲歎息。我們一生的年日是七十歲．若是強壯可到八十歲．但其中所矜誇的、不過是勞苦愁煩．轉眼成空、我們便如飛而去。
我們若靠基督、只在今生有指望、就算比眾人更可憐。 - 我們在這裡本沒有常存的城、乃是尋求那將來的城。 - 因我耶和華是不改變的、所以你們雅各之子沒有滅亡。 - 我們卻是天上的國民．並且等候救主、就是主耶穌基督、從天上降臨。他要按著那能叫萬有歸服自己的大能、將我們這卑賤的身體改變形狀、和他自己榮耀的身體相似。 - 因為受造之物服在虛空之下、不是自己願意、乃是因那叫他如此的。
耶穌基督、昨日今日一直到永遠是一樣的。 - 四活物各有六個翅膀、遍體內外都滿了眼睛．他們晝夜不住的說、聖哉、聖哉、聖哉、主神．是昔在今在以後永在的全能者。

Evening Scripture
"Meaningless! Meaningless!" says the Teacher. "Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless."
All our days pass away under your wrath; we finish our years with a moan.The length of our days is seventy years-- or eighty, if we have the strength; yet their span is but trouble and sorrow, for they quickly pass, and we fly away.
If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men. - For here we do not have an enduring city, but we are looking for the city that is to come. - "I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. - But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ,who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. - For the creation was subjected to frustration, not by its own choice, but by the will of the one who subjected it, in hope
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. - Each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around, even under his wings. Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come."
