Morning Scripture
Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

A word aptly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. Like an earring of gold or an ornament of fine gold is a wise man's rebuke to a listening ear. - Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. - The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. - For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned." - Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.

Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.

Therefore this is what the LORD says: "If you repent, I will restore you that you may serve me; if you utter worthy, not worthless, words, you will be my spokesman. Let this people turn to you, but you must not turn to them. - But just as you excel in everything--in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us -see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
