傍晚經文
後來我必勸導他、領他到曠野、對他說安慰的話．
基督和彼列〔彼列就是撒但的別名〕有甚麼相和呢．信主的和不信主的有甚麼相干呢．又說、『你們務要從他們中間出來、與他們分別、不要沾不潔淨的物、我就收納你們。 - 親愛的弟兄阿、我們既有這等應許、就當潔淨自己、除去身體靈魂一切的污穢、敬畏神、得以成聖。
所以耶穌、要用自己的血叫百姓成聖、也就在城門外受苦。這樣、我們也當出到營外就了他去、忍受他所受的凌辱。
他就說、你們來同我暗暗的到曠野地方去歇一歇．這是因為來往的人多、他們連喫飯也沒有工夫。 - 〔大衛的詩。〕耶和華是我的牧者．我必不至缺乏。他使我躺臥在青草地上、領我在可安歇的水邊。他使我的靈魂甦醒、為自己的名引導我走義路。

"Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her.
What harmony is there between Christ and Belial What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?"Therefore come out from them and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you." - Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.
And so Jesus also suffered outside the city gate to make the people holy through his own blood.Let us, then, go to him outside the camp, bearing the disgrace he bore.
Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest." - The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
